House For Rent - Must Move....

What a busy day I've had today. First, I woke up not feeling refreshed due being woken up by a teething six month old several times during the night. Aside from starting my morning tired I had a very productive day. By 12pm I had managed to clean my home, meet with both a real estate agent and Health insurance broker. Happy to report health insurance paper work is done, and our lovely home is now officially up for rent. We decided to rent vs selling because this economy is terrible and no one will pay what the home is truly worth. On that note our asking monthly payment is 3100.00 per month this would cover expenses such as monthly mortgage - taxes and property insurance. My hope is to have this house rented in no more than three months from the list date otherwise my stay in IL will be longer than anticipated. My husband is planning on leaving this weekend back to Colorado. I feel more at ease knowing I can be with the kids full time, and not worry about working. I feel sad leaving my work, but this is all for the greater good. Wishing for good energy in the next several months.
